Angela was immensely helpful and
made invisible all the small details that would've
added up to be quite overwhelming-especially when
we'd just moved and had two large family
emergencies the week of the wedding. Everything
leading up to the weekend was timely and
professionally taken car of;even when some folks
wouldn't work with us, she turned them around and
surprised us more than once, including
saving us money.
Angela even led us to an incredible
caterer right when we were ready to settle. The
reception set up was exactly what we wanted, very
elegant and welcoming, and the glass of cold water
when we entered from 100 degree heat was almost as
good as the chocolate ganache icing on the cake.
In some ways it was more like working with a
friend than a business, so thank you!

Jennifer is her business, as in
"In The Details." And
she's a cool customer. Whatever snags or goofs may
have occurred (and you probably know they always
do on wedding days), Adam and I didn't know about
them. And our guests were never the wiser. And
that's part of what Jennifer provided for us:
peace of mind.
We knew from the moment we hired her
that we were going to have a wonderful day. As it
turns out, we had the lovely, elegant, intimate,
and spectacular day that we'd imagined.

Dear Jennifer,
I am writing this note to say
THANK YOU from the bottom of our
hearts for helping us achieve the wedding of our
dreams. As a father of the bride, I know
it's unusual to be so involved. I just
happen to like order and organizing things and my
sweet wife lets me take over. The wedding
was spectacular in every way. The venue of
Broken Sound Country Club, the flowers, the food,
the ceremony, the party ... thre isn't one single
thing we would have changed or done
differently.
The help and guidance you provided
us was phenomenal. You are a true
professional; always available, always confident,
and always full of meaningful suggestions.
You organized the timeline so everyone knew how
the day would progress. You were flawless
... a pleasure to work with, unflappable, totally
in charge with out being overbearing. We are
so thankful that we found you.
Again, our heartfelt thanks for

Ode to Angela
Brant,
I had the pleasure of
working with Angela for two consecutive years
during the Indy Car weekend in Richmond, Virginia.
The first year I worked with Angela, our mutual
client hired Angela to assist him in finalizing
the details for his client / vendor incentive
event. She was brought in mid-stream and once on
board, she hit the water full steam ahead. I do
not think our client realized just how much he
needed her until he had her. Her contributions
that first year, in terms of my connection with
the program, ensured a successful and enjoyable
experience for the client and his guests.
In the second season I worked with
Angela, she was involved with the process from
beginning-to-end and it showed. Her attention to
detail, dedication to her client and interaction
with the other vendors, myself especially, truly
showed her level of professionalism. As the
Conference Service Manager of a five-star,
five-diamond hotel, my clients have very high
expectations for their programs. Angela was a true
asset in helping me to meet and exceed this
client’s needs regarding the on-property
experience of his guests. I have no doubt that
Angela’s contributions to our clients overall
incentive program extended far beyond my
property.
Angela was a professional,
personable and dedicated event planner who I would
gladly work with again and certainly hope to do
so.

What I would like to
say.....
Angela is the craziest coolest
person I know. Did you ever see "Father of the
Bride?" She is likely a crazy nutzo gay wedding
planner. Except for she's a straight woman with an
adorable little boy. Once Angela enters your
life or in this case, your party, you will never
be the same!
What I will say
(and have been meaning to say for over a year
now).....
Angela,
Thanks again for another wonderful
wedding. Once again it was so much fun to work
with you and your staff. I know, by definition,
event planners should be organized and on top of
everything. Sadly, it isn't always the case. When
I know I am going to be working with you, I know
my job will be a lot easier on so many levels! I
know ALL the details that may possibly pertain to
me well in advance of the event. Sometimes I don't
even talk to an event planner until the day of the
event. Secondly, I know that if I have any
questions for the client or another vendor, I can
call you and get an answer promptly. Finally, your
fun personality and thorough orchestration of the
event makes me look forward to working with you.
All of this adds up to a wonderful day for our
client and allows me to concentrate on my craft
and produce the best production I can.

Jennifer, I wanted to share
this picture with you. I would have not
been in this picture if not for you. I would have
been running around trying to make sure everything
was taken care of for our daughter's wedding day.
I had no idea how I was going to
take care of all that needed to be done on the
wedding day. And I knew I did not want to miss a
moment of that day.

Jennifer truly came through on my wedding
day and also on pre-wedding planning. She reduced
stress significantly for me and my husband.
During meetings with the florist and band
members, she was confident and tactful. I have
found that many party planners are highly strung
themselves, as they are responsible for an
overwhelming amount of orchestrating. However,
Jennifer always kept a positive, calm attitude. In
fact, we ran into a few problems a few days before
the wedding, and she handled them efficiently, thus
relieving us of anxiety.
She also has an
invaluable knack for listening to a couple’s
vision of the wedding and accommodating that
vision, not her own. I recommend her by all means!
I am convinced that my wedding would not have been
nearly as beautiful and detail-oriented without
her.

 Angela is our hero! Because of
outside circumstances we had only three months to
plan our wedding, and we wanted it done right. It
wouldn't have been possible without her! She
listened to our plans/ suggestions/dreams and made
them come true. When we asked for vendor ideas
Angela introduced us to some of the best people in
the business, and when we imposed our choice of
caterer (brilliant but difficult) she worked
miracles to make it all come together.
She also negotiated lower prices
whenever she could. Together we planned a
wonderful celebration. Always cheerful and
supportive, she made it seem like coordinating
such a complex event is a piece of cake. She took
care of everything behind the scenes so we could
enjoy the beautiful day of our wedding!

astonishing. My daughter’s outdoor wedding,
in-spite of the torrential rain, was
magnificent.
How Angela and her staff
managed to get a 40’x 40’ tent up in the middle of
the night in the rain blew us away. Every detail
was taken care of. All we had to do was

planner. After the fact, I do not know how we
would have done it without you. What I paid
you to coordinate my daughters wedding was
nothing. You should charge at least $200.00
an hour for your service.
It is
truly worth every penny for the piece of mind you
gave me, my daughter and the entire bridal party
and our family. You handled everything – we
made one call, you were our one contact, and my
daughters’ wedding was one extra special
event

different weddings. In both cases she made my job
so much easier by being extremely detail-oriented
and specific about the photographic needs of the
couple. I knew exactly when and where all photos
would be taken, how much time was to be allotted
for such photos, and what photos were to be taken
at specific times.
She worked with both the bride and
me to determine the photo requests of the bride
and the time needed to take such photos. Before
both events, I received an incredibly detailed
timeline of the wedding day events and from this
knew everything I needed to get my job
done.
Angela is a joy to work with. She
is extremely personable, very hard working and
